A free 3-part mini course on the Aquarian Sadhana mantras
This is a very special offering for you.
I recorded this 3-part mini course so you can truly understand the Aquarian Sadhana we practice in the early morning hours.
Many of us chant these mantras every day, but do we really understand where they come from, why they were given and what they are actually doing to our consciousness?
In this free mini course I guide you through the history, the lineage and the meaning of all seven Aquarian Sadhana mantras. This is not just information. It is context, it is respect and it is depth.

Aquarian Sadhana is the meditative practice we do before the sun rises. These are the nectar hours; Amrit Vela.
One tenth of your day.
It is during these hours that fine tuning happens.
The Aquarian Sadhana that we practice today was calibrated for this transition into the Aquarian Age. It was not random. It was not casual. Each mantra has a specific role.
Each one prepares you.
Aligns you, protects you and elevates you.
When you understand what you are chanting, your projection changes. Your devotion deepens.
Your relationship with the Infinite becomes personal.
In this first video, I share the evolution of Sadhana from the early days in the 1970’s until the Aquarian Sadhana we practice today. You will understand why Ek Ong Kar is more like a kriya than a mantra, and how the two and a half breath cycle works to pull the energy up the spine.
We explore why Why Yanti was given for this time, and how tuning your voice is actually tuning your projection. When you change the way you chant, you change the way you extend yourself into the world.
In this second video, we explore the origin of the Mool Mantra through Guru Nanak and what it means to plant your roots into unchanging Truth. You will begin to understand the power of Sat Siri Siri Akal and why rhythm is essential in driving consciousness into awareness.
We also enter into the protective Shabad Rakhe Rakhanhar and how sound can stabilize the mind and silence the negative ego that creates doubt and confusion.
In this final video, we complete the arc of the Aquarian Sadhana.
You will understand why Wahe Guru is chanted for 22 minutes and why the posture of courage matters. We look at the devotional origin of the Wahe Guru Shabad and the healing frequency of Guru Guru Wahe Guru..
We begin to understand that Guru is not a human personality.
Guru is the Shabad. Guru is the sound current.
And when we sing it with awareness, it begins to guide us from within.
Satkirin has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga and the technology of the Naad for decades.
She began in 1970, when Sadhana looked very different. Through the decades she has witnessed the evolution of the Aquarian Sadhana and carries that lived experience into her teaching.
Her devotion to Shabad and lineage is the foundation of Naad Academy.
This mini course is offered in that same spirit of devotion and respect.
If you feel that the sound current is calling you deeper…
